Job vs Business: What’s Better?

Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult. 

The topic by which most of the people are getting is that what is better job or business. so let us start discussion about  the topic.

 

 


 

 

In my opinion both are good but business is better then job as it has some key advantages. let us understand those advantages:

 

1.Independence :

 

The first and key advantage of business that you enjoy your own freedom. you  are Independent , you are your own boss you can run your own business as you want.

 

2.Own decisions : 

 

The second and foremost advantage of being a businessman or choosing a career in business is that you take your own decisions but if you start your career in job then   you only give your suggestions.if your boss is disagree with the suggestion you  cannot receive any appreciation and after that you might have a fear of giving decisions.

 

If you choose your career in business then you have the right to take your own  decisions you can also have the right to choose any suggestions which is given by your employees.

 

3.No wait for the salary

 

This is the most important advantage of choosing a career in business in today's generation that you cannot wait for the salary , you can enjoy your own profit but you have to give percentage of  profit as a salary to your employees. But if you choose your career in job then every month you have to wait for the date of your salary.

 

4.No fear of getting fired : 

 

If you choose your career in business then you have no fear of getting terminated or getting fired. you can enjoy you life as a businessmen in your whole life.but on the other hand if you choose your career in job the you have a fear of getting fired always , and if you are not effective towards your work then your boss have the right to fired you from the job.
