Health tips for youngsters to stay fit during Corona

Being healthy is very necessary for youngsters because this is the growth age and if you do not make your body fit then you will became unfit and lazy for the lifetime

Maintain daily schedule:  In this corona pandemic mostly youngsters became lazy and their daily scheduled is being disturbed because the colleges, coaching, gyms etc. are closed and they spent their lot of time in playing mobile games and watching web series. As a youngsters I am also addicted towards mobile games and web series but I have made a daily routine time table and I follow the time table very sincerely.

In my opinion Maintain daily schedule is very helpful for you as if your follow the schedule then you became active and sincere.


Yoga and meditation:  If you want some positive energy in your life and you have a wish to became mentally and physically fir then this tip will definitely play an important role for fulfilling your wish

You should have to spend at least 1 hour in yoga and meditation from your daily schedule.

Proper diet: If you take proper diet you will be able to develop your immune system best and also you should able to maximimise your energy and you will get the proper nutrition daily.
